Summary	0000226: Duplicate category items shown, when it's located in multiple categories
Description	When I add link to two or more categories and create template, that will show all links on the site, then I will see that link twice or more times. This happens, because when parent_cat_id="any" is given to InitList tag, then no PrimaryCat = 1 filter is added.
