Summary 0000216: Review and Complete functionality for Orders with "Returned Items"
Description Review and Complete functionality for Orders with "Returned Items":

1. Currently Shipping can not be returned

2. Make sure Order Preview has all returned items listed correctly including shipping.

3. Check on currently supported Gateways for support of REFUND transactions.
