0000179: Move "designs/detail" templates into Item folders |

Description |
1. Move "designs/detail" templates into corresponding Item folders (ie. Articles, Links) and so on.
The main reason is to Escape the situation when we have Item Templates listed in drop-down for section designs.
2. Rename detail.tpl to better names.
3. Add necessary changes to Upgrades.php for 5.0.1 |
