Summary 0000015: Saving "Movable Blocks" in Layout Mode
Description We need to work the way to Save/Update the template after User has moved Blocks in the LAYOUT Mode.

Let's start with Showing "Save Changes" button somewhere on top of the page (when moved).

Please propose any new ideas for implementation.
