Summary	0001393: Random "Requested ID for prefix <prefix> not passed" notices
Description	While testing new "System Log" section I've been able to notice some error that were happening behind the scenes, e.g. in ajax requests or between page redirects. Onе of such errors is happening, when attempt is made to query popup window size before actually opening. However it wasn't happening for all popups, but only ones that don't have adm_SetPopupSize tag in front of them.
