Summary 0001296: Wrong Path Saved with Root Domain Installation
Description There is an issues with $_CONFIG['Misc']['WebsitePath'] configuration when In-Portal is installed in Root of the domain (no sub-folders).

By default $_CONFIG['Misc']['WebsitePath'] would have '/' in it and lead to wrong Admin path
