Summary 0001286: CKEditor/FCKEditor not loading, when website is deployed on live
Description In 0001005 task we've fixed problem with BASE_PATH being incorrectly detected, when /tools/cron.php script was executed from PHP CLI.

However this has unexpected side effect on CKEditor/FCKEditor resulting in JavaScript error and CKEditor/FCKEditor not being shown at all. Whoever applies patch from above mentioned task will get same error.

For example:
* http://www.website.tld/admin - not working CKEDitor
* http://www.website.tld/sub-folder/admin - working CKEDitor
