Summary	0001274: Multiple issues with Content Revision Tracking
Description	We've introduced Content Revision Tracking in 5.2.0-B1 (0001117). After that we've been using it actively on our own projects and several things popped up: * clicking on "History" toolbar button icon (but not text) haven't opened page revision history * on a long pages scrolling page down resulted in content toolbar scrolled away too (should have stayed in top left corner as at the beginning) * on a long pages scrolling page down resulted in "users a,b are also editing this page" message scrolled away too (should have stayed in top left corner as at the beginning) * on a long pages scrolling page down resulted in opened history dropdown scrolled away too (should have stayed in top left corner as at the beginning) * text under content revision toolbar disabled buttons was same color as for enabled buttons (should have been gray, like for rest admin console)
