0001264: Content Revision toolbar in Content Mode goes away during page scroll |

Description |
In 5.2.0 we've introduced content revision tracking system, that allows keeping history of all page content revisions as long as approve/decline changes made by website editors - 0001117.
However on long pages this toolbar disappears, when you scroll to the end of a page. Maybe it should always be displayed on top. |
