Summary 0001259: Replace "unhtmlentities" with PHP native "htmlspecialchars_decode" method
Description Replace "kUtil::unhtmlentities" with PHP native "htmlspecialchars_decode" method.

htmlspecialchars_decode function is available since PHP 5.1.0 and is equivalent of our kUtil::unhtmlentities which was done for PHP4 backwards compatibility.
