Additional Information	1. добавить таблицу SpamReports (ReportId, ItemPrefix, ItemId, MessageText, ReportedOn, ReportedById) - 1 h 2. при нажатии на ссылку "report this review" открывать новый popup (div) с textarea, где человек может вписать свой текст и отправить его - 0.5 h 3. после submit формы будет добавляться запись в SpamReports таблицу и будет посылаться e-mail администратору (или кому будет настроено в email events) - 1 h 4. добавить секцию "SPAM Reports" где-то в административной консоли и в списке и на edit форме этого spam report выводить: - 0.5 h - ссылку на просмотр конкретного review - 0.5 h - ссылку на удаление review о котором этот spam report = 0.5 h 5. при удалении review будут удаляться и все его spam reports - 0.2 h 6. благодаря колонкам ItemPrefix и ItemId можно будет делать spam report на любой элемент сайта (ну там другого пользователя к примеру) без писания дополнительного кода - 0.3 h 7. после отправки spam report показывать confirmation page с кнопкой на закрытие этого popup (div)
