Summary	0000111: Default link/product image is not resized
Description	On Front-End, when category item (link, product, etc.) has no image, then default image is shown. When by design is requested, that category item image should be scaled (resized), then, when uploaded image is really resized to requested dimensions. But, when image is not uploaded, then default image is shown as is with not scaling applied. This is especially visible, when width and height attributes are not specified for "img" html tag.
