Summary 0001078: Unsubscribing from mailing list doesn't delete all related user data
Description When user is subscribing to mailing list, then records in 3 tables are created:
* PortalUser
* PortalUserCustomData
* UserGroup

Then, when user is unsubscribing only 1 record from PortalUser table is deleted keeping other 2 records in database.
