Summary	0001055: "Up" toolbar button in Catalog can go beyond "Home" category
Description	Toolbar button "Up" in catalog allows quick navigation to parent section/category. When you are on a "Links" tab and in "Home" category already ("Home" word in navigation bar won't be clickable) then "Up" button won't disable and clicking on it again will result you going beyond "Home" category resulting Home word in navigation bar becoming clickable.
