Summary	0001027: Tag, to display given option title
Description	In-Portal has nice tag called Selected, which allows to check if a particular option inside a field value is present. However it's missing a tag to display any (of the given field options) option title when only it's ID is known. I suppose, that we can create such a tag and call it OptionValue. Along with Selected tag it will allow to manipulate with a particular option of fields, that have many of them. For example it will allow to display only a particular countries instead of all countries on user registration form.
